THE SITUATION IN GAZA
The ongoing conflict in Gaza has been described as one of the worst crises in the world today, and as the conflict rages on, tensions grow ever higher, and more and more innocent lives are affected forever.
In short, Gaza is at breaking point. With seemingly no end to the conflict in sight, the residents of Gaza are slowly losing hope for the future of their families and communities.
Every day, life becomes more of a struggle for those in the worst affected areas. Food, shelter, and medicine are in short supply, and with almost no opportunities available to earn a living, many people in Gaza see no way to escape the devastating effects of the cycle of poverty.
More than 21,000 children have been orphaned as a result of the conflict. Thousands more have seen their homes and communities destroyed, their loved ones lost, and their vital resources dwindling down to dangerously low levels.
